Monthly vs annual — which should I pick?
If you're running one specific audit this month and aren't sure you'll need it again — start with monthly. If Cyentrix is going to live in your workflow (re-running programs quarterly, building a multi-program audit trail), annual saves AED 169/year vs paying month-by-month.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. Both monthly and annual are one-off purchases — you pay once, you get the access window, then it ends. We email you ~14 days before expiry so you can renew on your own terms. No surprise charges.
Can I top up while still active?
Yes. Buying again extends from your current expiry date, not from "now". So if you have 100 days left and buy a year, you'll end up with 100 + 365 = 465 days. Loyalty doesn't lose you time.
What happens when Pro expires?
Your data stays. You can still run free programs, view your last 90 days of history, and re-take any program. PDF export and history beyond 90 days are turned off until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — annual purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@cyentrix.com within 14 days and we'll refund in full. Monthly is non-refundable (it's a 30-day pass — at AED 39 we trust you to use it).
